Our hotel block deadline has now passed. Standard rate rooms may still be available on the Hilton website.

HEALTH & SAFETY

While the Omicron surge has begun to steadily decline from its peak in Austin, the city is currently still in Stage 5 of COVID-19 risk-based guidance. Under Austin's Stage 5 Guidelines, fully vaccinated and/or boosted individuals are advised to wear well-fitting masks when leaving their household, while partially or unvaccinated individuals are discouraged from traveling or gathering outside of the home at this time.

We understand that all participants will have their own individual risk tolerances and circumstances, though we encourage attendees to plan to bring a mask, seek out a COVID-19 test prior to the event if you have access to one, and stay home if you test positive, are feeling sick, or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19. We will have extra face masks and hand sanitizer available on-site and socially distanced seating options available in the general session/ awards ballroom.

Above all, we ask that attendees respect our hotel and brewery hosts and abide by their posted health and safety policies during the event. For up-to-date information on Hilton’s Clean Stay policy please visit this page.

ATTENDEE CONDUCT

The Texas Craft Brewers Guild is a professional organization. All event participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally while contributing to a welcoming environment built on trust and mutual respect. By registering for the event all attendees agree to abide by the Guild's Code of Conduct.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I bring to the meeting?
To help speed up the check-in and badge pickup process, please bring a copy of your ticket to scan--either printed or mobile. We also recommend a pen/notebook for note-taking, some business cards for networking, a credit/debit card if you're interested in some TCBG merch (we're cashless), and a sweater/jacket if you're the "gets chilly in conference centers" type. Also, see below for a note regarding beer for the trade show.

When/Where should I bring my beer for the trade show?
Please do not bring coolers/beer with you to the conference on Saturday. If you'd like to share your beer at the Annual Meeting, please drop off your brewery's cans, bottles (1-3 cases recommended) or labeled crowlers at check-in at Live Oak Brewing Company on Friday night. (Sorry, no draught beer or reusable growlers). We will load them into a van directly outside of the check-in area for ease of transporting to the Hilton on Saturday where they'll be sampled out to attendees "CBC style" by TABC Certified Staff. We'll take care of sorting them into coolers with ice at the appropriate serving stations, so just plan to bring beer. Any leftover beer will be donated to Cross Oak Group to help with the Guild's legislative and lobbying efforts.

Can I attend the Annual Meeting if I am not a member of the Guild?
Though we love all our craft beer fans, we gotta get some work done. The meeting is limited to Texas Craft Brewers Guild Voting and Professional members (i.e. brewery employees), Brewery in Planning members, Allied Trade members, and Retail Members. If you fall into one of these categories and are interested in joining the Guild and attending the meeting, please see the membership information on our website: https://texascraftbrewersguild.org/membership.)

Non-members may purchase Texas Craft Brewers Cup Awards Ceremony only tickets which grant access to the event at 5 pm on Saturday for the pre-awards reception followed by the ceremony.

Where do I park?
A paid parking garage is available onsite at the Hilton Austin and valet is available at the front of the hotel. For current rates and information please see the bottom of the hotel's website. Lower cost parking options may be available on nearby streets, garages, and surface lots in the downtown area. Learn more on the City of Austin's parking page. Attendees may want to consider carpooling, taking a ride share, or taking MetroRail to/from the downtown station directly adjacent to the Hilton.

Is on-site registration available?
Afraid not. Registration will close on 2/8/22 in order to print attendee badges and ensure a proper headcount for lunch, awards reception snacks, etc.

Who should I contact if I'm an Allied Trade Member interested in sponsoring/exhibiting?
Please email caroline@texascraftbrewersguild.org.
