Health & Safety
As vaccination rates continue to rise and COVID-19 case counts continue to fall, we’re looking forward to the opportunity to gather together in person. As public health recommendations from the CDC, State of Texas, and local Denton authorities continue to evolve, we acknowledge that the situation remains fluid and health and safety protocols are subject to change as circumstances dictate.
First and foremost, we ask that attendees respect our hotel and brewery hosts and abide by their current health and safety policies at the time of the event. For up-to-date information on Hilton’s Clean Stay policy please visit this page.
Within the conference ballrooms, all guests are asked to follow current CDC guidance when attending seminars and visiting the trade show area. In keeping with the CDC’s May 16, 2021 guidelines, we ask attendees to exercise the following personal precautions based on your COVID-19 vaccination status at the time of the event:
At present, we also ask attendees to expect the following:
Please stay home if you are feeling sick or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19.
The Texas Craft Brewers Guild is a professional organization. All event participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally while contributing to a welcoming environment built on trust and mutual respect. By registering for the event all attendees agree to abide by the Guild's Code of Conduct.
Who can attend?
The TCBG E&S Summit is open to employees of all member breweries (Operating and In Planning), Allied Trade members, and Retail members. Non-member tickets are available for brewers from our neighboring states and other non-member industry folks.
Should my brewery bring beer?
Yes! Please bring beer (in coolers) to be enjoyed during the afternoon on Saturday in the Allied Trade Sponsor Hall. We'll have an area dedicated for the beer coolers. We appreciate your help with bringing beer for the event as it helps us keep ticket prices low and the selection local, craft, and delicious.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable or refundable?
ALL TICKETS ARE TRANSFERABLE BUT NOT REFUNDABLE. We will have badges at the event so please enter names of attendees accurately. If you need to transfer a ticket to another team member or industry colleague please reach out to Caroline and we can make this change on our end. We appreciate your help keeping your registrants accurate in the system so we can have badges ready for them.
