Real Ale Beer Dinner with Brad Farbstein 
   We are fortunate to have as our guest Brad, Real Ale Owner present for October's Beer Dinner. This unique dinner has six courses created by Chef Ernesto and seven beers to showcase the diversity of Real Ale Brewery. Our intimate dinners are held in the private event space

Here is what we have in store for you:

   Scallop aqua Chile with cilantro, kumquats, toasted coriander, smoked chili oil  *Paired with Han’s Pils a German Style Pilsner 
   Cresta di Gallo with guanciale, preserved tomatoes, tarragon, midnight chèvre  *Paired with Nomad a Belgian Style Blonde
   Carrot Gnocchi with German braut, roasted root vegetables, sage and pickled mustard seeds *Paired with Oktoberfest a Bavarian Style Lager
   Confit Octopus with wild game spanish sausage, black garlic aioli, potato hay *Paired with Devils Backbone a Belgian Style Tripel
   Coffee Rubbed Venison with sweet potato gratin, sorghum *Paired with Black Quad a quadrupel
   Dessert trio -Ancho chocolate truffle, Texas pecan turtle, lavender and fig macaron  *Paired with Brown Ale
