FAQ

What should I bring to the conference?
To help speed up the check-in and badge pickup process, please bring a copy of your ticket to scan--either printed or mobile. We also recommend a pen/notebook for note-taking, some business cards for networking, a credit/debit card if you're interested in some TCBG merch (we're cashless), and a sweater/jacket if you're the "gets chilly in conference centers, even in July" type. Also, see below for a note regarding beer for the trade show.

Should I bring my beer for the trade show?
Yes! It wouldn't be a Texas craft brewing industry conference without Texas craft beer. Beer is shared in the trade show hall where it's sampled out to attendees "CBC style" by TABC Certified servers. We'll take care of sorting beer into coolers with ice at the appropriate serving stations, so just plan to bring a few cases of beer to the Texas Brewery Roundup check-in table at the Sheraton when you arrive for badge pickup on Friday afternoon and/or Saturday morning. Any leftover beer will be donated to Cross Oak Group to help with the Guild's legislative and lobbying efforts.

Can I attend the Texas Brewery Roundup if I am not a member of the Guild?
Yes, this particular conference is open to all industry professionals, including aspiring industry professionals, and those who might be joining us from our neighboring states. If you are not currently a member of the Texas Craft Brewers Guild and would like to learn more about whether your brewery, brewery in planning, retail, or allied trade company qualifies for membership (and thus a member discount on tickets for your team) please visit: https://texascraftbrewersguild.org/membership.)

Where do I park?
Free parking is available at the Sheraton. For offsite events at local breweries please take note of parking signage or, even better, take a ride share.

Is on-site registration available?
Afraid not. Registration will close end of day Tuesday, July 11th, in order to print attendee badges and ensure a proper headcount for lunches, off-site events, etc.

Who should I contact if I'm an Allied Trade Member interested in sponsoring/exhibiting?
Please email caroline@texascraftbrewersguild.org.
