As of end of day Tuesday, July 11th, Texas Brewery Roundup registration has closed. Headcounts have been confirmed, badges are being printed, and walk-up registration will not be available. Looking forward to seeing ticket holders this weekend!
Dust off those cowboy boots and give your brewers boots a rest! The Texas Craft Brewers Guild's annual summer educational conference, Texas Brewery Roundup, is coming to Houston this year for a jam-packed weekend of technical brewing and business/hospitality focused education, networking, and fun.
Don't miss this Texas-sized educational event that’ll benefit the whole staff--including a multi-day conference, expansive trade show, and off-site events at local breweries! Plus, lead-in programming specifically for breweries in planning.
Check out the full schedule on the Texas Brewery Roundup website for specific event timing, speakers, and individual session details.
Located in an easy-going area near The Heights, Sheraton's landmark hotel is encircled by scenic trees and provides guests with local hospitality and streamlined accommodations. Relax on the deck of the hotel's outdoor pool or visit the variety of restaurants, bars, breweries, etc. all within a short drive of the hotel.
Book a room in the Texas Brewery Roundup hotel block for the bargain rate of $119 a night. This rate expires June 23 or once all rooms in the block have been booked (whatever happens first).
The Texas Craft Brewers Guild is a professional organization. All event participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally while contributing to a welcoming environment built on trust and mutual respect. By registering for the event all attendees agree to abide by the Guild's Code of Conduct.
What should I bring to the conference?
To help speed up the check-in and badge pickup process, please bring a copy of your ticket to scan--either printed or mobile. We also recommend a pen/notebook for note-taking, some business cards for networking, a credit/debit card if you're interested in some TCBG merch (we're cashless), and a sweater/jacket if you're the "gets chilly in conference centers, even in July" type. Also, see below for a note regarding beer for the trade show.
Should I bring my beer for the trade show?
Can I attend the Texas Brewery Roundup if I am not a member of the Guild?
Yes, this particular conference is open to all industry professionals, including aspiring industry professionals, and those who might be joining us from our neighboring states. If you are not currently a member of the Texas Craft Brewers Guild and would like to learn more about whether your brewery, brewery in planning, retail, or allied trade company qualifies for membership (and thus a member discount on tickets for your team) please visit: https://texascraftbrewersguild.org/membership.)
Where do I park?
Free parking is available at the Sheraton. For offsite events at local breweries please take note of parking signage or, even better, take a ride share.
Is on-site registration available?
Afraid not. Registration will close end of day Tuesday, July 11th, in order to print attendee badges and ensure a proper headcount for lunches, off-site events, etc.
Who should I contact if I'm an Allied Trade Member interested in sponsoring/exhibiting?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
